Support:

• You will receive all support virtually, including real-time videos, guidance, stories, useful links, info and inspiration through WhatsApp only.
• This is a SELF PRACTICE course.
• You do NOT need to practice as a group daily however you are encouraged to practice by yourself daily so you may experience the benefits.
• It is totally okay if you are a beginner as there will be a variety of mantra options to choose from – ranging from beginners to advanced.
• If you are more established in your mantra practice you can choose the intermediate to advanced options.
• The course will start on 1st November (DAY1) and run until 14th December (DAY 44).
• Prior to the 1st November  you will be added to the WhatsApp group and you will receive guidance on DAY 1.
• The group is held with gentle accountability to self-practice and we encourage keeping a daily mantra practice
• The group will be admin-only, with Mondays being the exception, when you will have an opportunity to share your questions and experiences.
• There are no pre-planned Zoom or online gatherings planned for the course currently, however should this spontaneously arise during the course you will be the first to know about it via the WhatsApp group.

We have made 3 options for exchange available, depending on what is suitable for you. We appreciate you choosing the most appropriate scale.

To join the 44 day Sadhana AND have a private 45 minute 121 with Antarma to receive personal guidance and support with your practice:
