Community Meditation & Soundbath Relaxation Session

I am bringing Meditation & Soundbath relaxation sessions back to Eastmoor Community Centre due to a huge need in our community!

As i can no longer get funding for these classes i am charging as little as possible while ensuring covering of the room costs, but i have added a couple of higher payment options for those who can afford it that will help.

Please bring a mat, cushion & blanket if you can and i will try provide as much as i can for those who don’t have access to these. Chairs will be provided.
