A family unit of 4 held together and balanced perfectly with our two beautiful children Jimi and Ellie.
It is thanks to these two angels that we awoke and exactly the reason why we offer our service to the planet.
Conscious parenting is a deep journey of inner work and a minefield in terms of how best to not f*ck up the kids too much.
Our shadows are CONSTANTLY illuminated and reflected back at us through our children, and it is a challenging practice to heal these shadows without having too much of an effect on our babies.
And honestly I think we do F*CKING AMAZING AT IT!
We’re not the vision perfection when it comes to our triggers, in fact we’re far from it. We are traumatised human beings after all 
But what we do well at is explaining our triggers to our children and allowing them to see our raw emotions and honesty so that they can understand how the world works 
We began to better our selves and invest in our healing journeys for our kids but now we also do it for our selves.
Every one has heard parents say ‘my kids always come first’, and though this statement is true for us in many ways, we also see that we have to also put ourselves first in some circumstances so we can continue to be a strong foundation and be great teachers for our kids.
This is why we offer our services to ALL who wish to connect with us.
Because we are firm believers that we need to work on ourselves for the greater good of ourselves as this has a ripple effect of unimaginable force for the greater good of the planet, all beings included.
We offer safely held space with ceremonial cacao because of the depths of healing and love that is illuminated in our hearts while we’re in ceremony.
We offer Kirtan and mantra courses/workshops because we have experienced the pure bliss that comes with using our voices ina high vibrational environment.
We offer 1-1 healings and ceremonies because we understand that sometimes we just need some alone time while we process our emotional and energetic releases or just to simply relax and receive.
We are real people with real lives.
We have financial worries and challenges.
We have triggers from traumas of a wide range of experiences.
We have days where we say f*ck it and just lay on the sofa with a film on when we could be meditating or doing yoga.
We are faced with judgements of all kinds every day, both towards us and towards others that we have to consciously catch and work on.
We are ordinary people that have been given extraordinary opportunities through our self development and offering of our services.
